Payee: Make all assessment payments payable to the HOA in which your property is located.
Payments by check: You may pay the full amount or send a partial payment monthly as long as the assessment will be paid in full by its due date.
Please include property addresses and/or your HOA account number(s) in the memo field of all checks for proper application of payments.
Payment by Personal Check
Use the courtesy return envelope that was included in your assessment notice to remit by
personal check.
Online Bill Payment - This is the most secure method of payment. The check created by the online bill payment service usually does not include your bank account or routing information. If a payment is lost in the mail, the service will replace the payment without the need for your to process a stop pay at your bank. Your bank will mail a check. This will not be an electronic funds transfer. Set up your HOA as a payee in your own bank's online bill payment service.

Schedule the payment to arrive before the tenth (10th) of each assessment month.
Payments by Credit Card: All HOA Assessments and fees paid by credit card will incur a "Transaction Fee"

Please note that not all HOAs accept credit card payments due to the merchant services fees incurred to enroll for this service. These HOAs choose not to incur additional administrative expenses that may result in increased assessments for all members.
