Wellington Run is conveniently located just a short distance from I-30 in Garland very near Lake Ray Hubbard and the Bass Pro Shop retail and entertainment corridor . The neighborhood is situated between Rowlett Road and Waterhouse Drive very near Lakeview Centennial High Shcool. Amenities include a park area and a lovely pond, brick walls around the community and perimeter landscaping.
